The socks are made of merino wool and polyamide along the entire length, which together make the socks warm and durable. The best properties of merino wool shine in running socks, as merino wool is breathable and antibacterial. Polyamide, in turn, brings the durability required by the sport to the socks.
The structure of the socks has been carefully designed to meet the needs of active sports. The Y-heel improves the fit of the socks and ensures that the socks stay in place even during faster runs. The instep has a thin, mesh-like structure that increases breathability. The seamless toe effectively prevents chafing.
The ankle-length shaft sits just below the calf, preventing the shaft from feeling constricted. Frost Trail socks make running comfortable and give you an extra boost on the trails!

Care instructions:
- we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
- for marine socks, airing alone is often sufficient
- careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
- use as light a spin as possible
- the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
- do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
- do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
- please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
- use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing
Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
